3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account with 88eff, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during registration. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual person may register and maintain only one account with 88eff. 4.2 Deposit Funds. Only funds that legally belong to you may be deposited into your 88eff account. You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. 88eff may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 88eff targets processing withdrawal requests for verified accounts within one to four hours, but reserves the right to extend this timeframe for security checks, identity verification requirements, or other legitimate operational reasons. 88eff is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.1 Bonus Terms. 5.3 Bonus Modification. 88eff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to an account, any wagering requirement associated with the bonus will be removed along with the bonus balance.
6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market available at 88eff is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface or betting interface. These rules form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail for that product.
6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect display of odds, prices, or payouts, 88eff reserves the right to void affected bets and games. 88eff will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error. Where a game malfunctions mid-session, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. 88eff reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes the right to place limits on specific accounts, markets, or game types.
6.4 Winnings. All winnings are credited to your 88eff account wallet in PKR at the time of settlement. Real-money winnings are available for withdrawal subject to these terms and any applicable wagering requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88eff platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Suspension by 88eff. 88eff reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 88eff reasonably believes that: these terms have been breached; the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed; or the account poses a risk management concern.
8.2 Closure by Account Holder. You may request closure of your 88eff account at any time by contacting live chat support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no pending investigation is outstanding.
8.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be deemed dormant. 88eff will notify you before applying any dormancy policy. Applicable dormancy fees, if any, will be published on the platform.

The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
